My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious but a bit noisy due to their proximity to the restaurant. On the bright side, they were well-equipped with everything I needed. The service was excellent, with very helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient, being on the road to the beach and just a short walk from Tulum town center. Despite some drawbacks in terms of noise and smell from the kitchen, my experience was positive.
